Ski-ing in Val d'Isere (yay !)

Wore a knee brace on my left leg, and did a stretching routine every morning and evening.

My legs were fine, apart from the Thursday when I did 6 hours ski-ing non-stop with no cafe stop !!

2hr road skills session at Reading Velodrome. (bunch riding skills + mini races)

Still Ill



Been ill with chest infection since December 20th. Not able to do much. Managed a mini walk while away in the Welsh hills, and that put me out for the rest of the day.

Doctor advises these things take about 5 weeks. Not good. I'm just gonna rest and wrap up warm. What a bore !
